Daily Vendor Instructions
DAY ONE
Friday Morning — Policy Breakfast
Set-Up: 8:00 AM
Table: 1 table provided (bring tablecloth)
Product Sales: None (community resources only)
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City
237 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107
This is street parking ONLY or Hotel Valet.
Friday Evening — Blaze the Runway (Fashion Show)
Set-Up: 4:00 PM (first come, first served placement)
Space: Vendor space only; no tables or chairs included
Consider: Outdoor setting — bring table, chairs, lighting, or tent if desired
This is street parking ONLY.
DAY TWO
Saturday — Cannabis Opportunities Conference Expo
Set-Up: 7:45 – 9:00 AM
Vending Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Clean-Up: By 5:30 PM
Table: 6 ft table, tablecloth, and 2 chairs included
Important: No THC product or food sales permitted on Temple University campuses
Recommendations: Business cards, marketing materials, and non-THC giveaways

DAY THREE
Sunday — Puff & Pose Wellness Day
Set-Up: 11:00 AM
Vending Hours: 12:00 – 4:00 PM
Space: Vendor space only; no tables or chairs included
Consider: Outdoor setting — bring table, chairs, tent, and/or lighting if desired

Keep your space clean, safe, and accessible
Comply with all venue rules and Philadelphia regulations
No THC product sales or distribution at Temple University events
Arrive and set up on time; clean up fully at the end of your assigned hours
Represent your brand in ways that reflect honesty, empowerment, community care, and inclusion
